No, not the same one. The new dump file name is devenv_100619_214124.zip. I disabled VA, but still crash.

I just create a default console project, and then starting to debug, the VS crash. I am trying to send you the crashdump file, but the file size is about 13m(zip), so I am not sure you can receive it ...

Build succefully, but crash while debugging.
I use Windows 7 Enterprise 64bit, VS2010 ultimate, Simplified Chinese edition
