Hello,
i am starting with D and was curious about, the status of DUI, last message i found was about next direction for dui, respectiveli new name..
After that i found nothing (tried google). sf.net repository show no changes.
Is project dead or autor (Ant) doesn't have time?

The author (Ant) somehow moved to the Windows platform to work on Leds (IDE), I believe with a virtual machine stuff. Darn. I don't think he made much changes to gtkd;duit itself. I personally want gtkglext operational. _________________ AMD Athlon 1800+

I'm sure DUI is alive and well. It's just subject to periodic updates. Antonio seems to keep on top of it frequently enough.
There just aren't a whole lot of discussions going on at the moment.

I'm still here guys.
Sometimes I have more enthusiasm, sometimes less.
It's funny how that's related to how interesting my projects are at work.
I restarted working on leds this week.
next I'll look at gtkGlExt.
then the name change and announcing it to the world.

Hey,
Just started using D about oh 12 hours ago and step 1 was getting it working with openGL and SDL. I was wondering if a) Duit supports enough of GTK to jimmy a SDL window into a DUit window and b) if it's at all possible to get a zipped up version of the Duit src? I'm stuck in windows land at the moment due to some odd mobo issues(linux doesn't like the new mobo).

http://www.dsource.org/projects/dui/changeset/169/trunk?old_path=?2F&format=zip
(But according to the source browser, the trunk was last changed 2 months ago. Ant, are you not committing your changes to the SVN repository? I thought you had been doing things with DUI/Duit recently.) |

Thanks,
yah I haven't used svn much and never on windows so I haven't gotten around to setting it up yet. But that's a good point and I'll see about getting that working tonight but thanks again for the link.
