First JFace test appl that uses D objects to call tangos FilePath/FileRoots

Screenshot: http://www.dsource.org/projects/tiolink/browser/trunk/doc/FileTree.png?rev=12

It is base on this example: http://www.java2s.com/Code/Java/SWT-JFace-Eclipse/DemonstratesTreeViewer.htm

It uses the MFC concept with an ContentProvider and LabelProvider.

A minimal D implemented class that can be used from Java is looking like this:
http://www.dsource.org/projects/tiolink/browser/trunk/TestJFace/src/filetree/DataItem.java
http://www.dsource.org/projects/tiolink/browser/trunk/TestJFace/src/filetree/DataItem.d

Currently the code is spread with debug output, because i lack the possibility to debug the dll or have stack traces for exceptions.

This app starts and works as long, as the D GC is called, which immediatly dies. I think this is a problem that will go away as soon as there is a possiblity to register threads in tango.
