Do you guys want to try what I have?
It still needs a lot of hand holding, but it does get most of the major syntax stuff right.
Oh yeah, it also wipes out all comments (don't know if that is good or bad for DWT).

Scott, I hope you don't mind me restarting this here. It looked like your offer was getting lost in the other thread, and I still wanted to give an answer to your generous offer. So here it is again...
I'd love to give your converter a go. Maybe I could sick it on some sections of SWT and see what it turns up. Definitely a fun tool to play with. I don't know how much it can help us out in our current specific DWT issues, but that's okay. It would be good to improve such a tool for future projects and SWT certainly has some spots yet to play with.
Are you going to start it as a project on dsource.org or are you just going to release a beta binary for us to play with?
Thanks,

I don't know, but I believe it would be the way to get DWT going.

I have requested a project on dsource from brad, and once I have that, I will post the code that I have there. Sorry for not getting back, but I left the D world for quite a while doing many work and personal things, and hope to get back in the swing of things soon.
