Here are some simple features I would like to see in Poseidon.

#1) Save state when you open/close the editor.

Example 1: If I open a file, close Poseidon, and start Poseidon back up, I want it to automatically open the file I had open

Example 2: If I close a window, close Poseidon, and start Poseidon back up, I don't want the window I already closed to be open

#2) Tab control. I want to be able to hide tabs because the tab lines annoy me. I also want to be able to specify the length of a tab, and have an option to convert tabs into spaces as I insert them.

#3) I want the ability to hide line numbers.

#4) I want shortcut keys like CTRL-B to build project. Does poseidon already have this? Also, a shortcut key to open a file and close the current window would be nice.

Also, I don't like splash screens. In this version I can just delete the splash screen image and it doesn't show up, I assume future versions will act the same way?

Some more features will be implemented in future version.

All shortcuts are implemented inside Scintilla Controls currently. An application scope shortcut can't work due to the accelerator key bug in DWT.

Splash image can be removed or renamed to bypass.
