If you guys tried it on linux how long it takes?

On my new system takes 3 seconds - it use to take maybe around 30 seconds...

What's happening? is it the new Hard Drive? is it the new software versions?
Maybe in a week or two it will be back to 30 seconds...

Ant

My "new" system is just a new hard drive and a fresh installation of Ubuntu 6.04 beta

Not sure... It never took 30 seconds for me, I don't think. I tried again compiling with a vmware machine using Ubuntu 5 in Windows XP MCE. It took about 7 or 8 seconds.

Maybe your system is just working the way it should now. Smile

Wait a minute. I was cheating by using build, so the whole of Duit was probably not getting compiled.

It may take longer if duit is built as a library, but I still don't think it should take 30 seconds.
