Is there a switch for documentation? I need such thing in kind of: dmd -D my.ddoc blabla.d

Any switch that Build doesn't recognize is passed on to the compiler and the "-D" is not recognized by Build.

The problem we have at the moment though is that -run is used by both the compiler and Build so I might rename my switch to -exec.
