its better to specify project type (static lib , dynamic lib , console app and
win app) , then according to this option the poseidon can determine default
options to build each type |

Sorry my poor english......
I've tried to write another version of Poseidon, it with new Project Property, edit toolbar, compiler tool......etc. It seems to work to me, but now it hasn't true project manager support ( in Package Explorer ) yet.

download( with source code and one little game ):

In this version, the Dynamic Link Library project type isn't work, and Win32 app just console app + -L/exet:nt/su:console:4.0
Maybe you can test it, Thanx! |

Woah.. why are we having another version of Poseidon? Can't these features just be added to the current one?
And, isn't library linking and all that jazz handled by Build already? |

I know maybe it's unbelievable, but I don't know how to add my code in current version( dsource )
Yes, I use DMD.exe and Lib.exe directly instead of Build.exe. |

I personally like Build.exe, but maybe when you merge your two Poseidon versions, you can have an option to either use Build.exe or DMD/Lib.exe |

You're welcome, Shawn
I'm trying to understand "what is TortoiseSVN?", and I wish can get good result.
I updated my code( and screenshot ) with previous links, added one convenient thing which I named "QuickFunctionIndex"( like VS 6.0 IDE )( I don't know what actual name is... ), it can shows sorted global function and class method and jump to the line number.

I also merged DMD and BUILD in my code, now it can be selected in Tools->Options->Compiler->Use BUILD, and the added "BUILD.EXE option" in "Project Property", it should works well, but still need test. |
