I was looking at the DDL tutorial on making plugins and there is something i'm unsure about. (http://www.dsource.org/projects/ddl/wiki/Tutorial/UsingDDL/Basic)

But the difference is more than in just the code: under the hood, Stdout is actually stored in the host program, not the plugin.

Does this mean that if a plugin used some classes or functions from another module, the host MUST always import it too?

yes. You load the object module and link it to library functions already in memory via your .map file OR if they arent linked into the current executable you have to load the other modules or library or whatever and link them all together.

Aah. thanks. I assume that the dependencies that must be loaded can be discovered at runtime.
