By modifying the buildme app (from latest version) [ changing -of to -od ], I've gotten rid of the ''multiple objects'' error, but I still get this strange error when I run buildme:
Error: libdbi.a/stdio.o: No such file or directory.

I can find no reference to an stdio.o in buildme, and I have little idea why the app was looking there for it.
