I have almost finished a rewrite of lodepng, a smallish png codec. I thought it might be a good fit in scrapple, could I host it here?

Hello,

I'm not sure where it belongs best, but if there's a newer version the older version that is currently in DSSS could be updated too.

I made a post about it here: http://www.dsource.org/forums/viewtopic.php?t=2963

I'm interested to see the new rewrite.

Groeten,

Lode

Lodepng is in scrapple, thanks BCS!

I hope I have done everything right, I'll add a wiki page once I figure everything out Smile

This will be in the wiki, but for now:

- to get lodepng, it is most comfortable to use dsss: 'dsss net install lodepng -doc'. This will build the docs as well. See recode.d for an example of use too.

- if you are a tango user, lodepng *should* pick up the version(Tango) flag and work, except that it depends on the C binding to zlib from phobos. To make it work, copy dmd/src/etc/c/zlib.d to <your import path here>/etc/c/zlib.d as well put the library on your lib path. This should really be done in a better way yes, I'll try to come up with something.

Finally the build report from DSSS give errors for some configurations atm: http://dsss.codu.org/results.html. I don't know exactly why but I hope to fix this soon. If things fail, you can always dsss fetch the source, or contact me.
