Is there a facility to pass media files or urls thru command line as arguments? I understand rulesplayer purpose is to provide better GUI support for mplayer. Having command line interface will help rulesPlayer in using with "Mediaplayer connectivity" firefox extension.

Thanks
pjr

Hello pjr,

yes, there is command line support. If you pass a single file name that exists on your hard drive (or other local drive) it will be opened in the player. Otherwise the command line is assumed to be a console command. For example:

Code:
player.exe openurl http://mysite.com/myvideo.avi
