Please!

Maybe at first glance having lots of projects on the main pages looks good, but after a bit of poking around it's just becoming annoying. I've been poking around for a couple of weeks and from what I can tell at least 80% of the projects here are dead.

Worse still having so many dead projects at the top level is hiding the hard work of those few projects which are actually still active and deserve recognition.

I'm very interested in the D language but it's rudy hard work wading through the slow and dead to get anything working, I think there really needs to be a tighter focus to get newbies interested.
( I'm especially interested in anything which doesn't require me to do anything! Wink )
