I was wondering if the D language itself is under source control on this site.
Tried

And of course, I already checked google.com but no luck.

Any hint is appreciated.

The backend of the dmd compiler is closed source and only usable by DigitalMars. The frontend however is free. I do not see any official DigitalMars download of the frontend, but you can find it on dsource.

The source code for the frontend and phobos are in the zip file if you download the compiler. http://www.digitalmars.com/d/1.0/changelog.html#new1_026 for latest 1.x compiler
