line 1046 in TextBuffer.d
Code:
   public void delet(TextIter start, TextIter end)
   {
      // void gtk_text_buffer_delete (GtkTextBuffer *buffer,  GtkTextIter *start,  GtkTextIter *end);
      gtk_text_buffer_delete(gtkTextBuffer, (start is null) ? null : start.getTextIterStruct(), (end is null) ? null : end.getTextIterStruct());
   }

The function name must be delete not delet
