I can't get any of Descent's semantic analysis features to work (code hints, local renaming, etc). When I enable build automatically and perform a clean, I get:

Errors running builder 'D Builder' on project 'yage'. |
Yage is about 13k LoC at the moment, so narrowing it down seems like it would be difficult. However, when I create a minimal new project, I get all of the wonderful features that are available after building. Do you know a way to get a more detailed message about why the build failed?
Syntax coloring and basic parsing seem to work, which is still far better than nothing. My environment:
Kubuntu 8.10
Eclipse 3.4.1
Descent 5.3.20090102
