Hi,

As we discussed in the irc channel, we are ready to order the packages to include header files, shared lib and static lib.

header files should go in -dev packages. libqtd-dev.
shared library should go into libqtdSONAME package
static lib (all the .a files) should go in the -dev package too.

To create packages we have to put a SONAME to the shared lib and i need a detailed full guide in how to build the shared lib.

Just reply for any comment or discussion Smile

First of all, do we need .a files at all when we have shared libs? I don't think so. For the full guide let's wait for SokoL_SD.

yes, .a files go to -dev packages with the headers (.di files) They are normally not used, but they can be used to have statically linked bins.
