|
|
This crashes the compiler:
Code: | struct Object{}
class Game {}
int main(char[][]argv)
{
return 0;
} |
output is:
Assertion failure: 'b->type->ty == Tclass' on line 449 in file 'class.c'
If I change 'Object' to another name then it doesn't crash.
That 'Object' is a reserved word I can accept, but the crash seems a bit much.
Is it appropriate to report this here? Should I report this 'upstream' and raise a bug at Digital Mars? Could a sticky be posted on this forum saying what to do with crashes? Too many questions?
VisualD is fantastic, can I give you some money?
Ta

That's a dmd bug, so please report it here: http://d.puremagic.com/issues/enter_bug.cgi

Thanks. I'm not planning to go commercial, so you might want to donate your money to some charity organisation...
