Hello,

I normally use VS2005, but I wanted a separate environment for D. After installing the VS2008 shell, compiling and debuging works fine, however D code is not highlighted at all (it appears as plain text). This problem did not appear when I installed VisualD for my normal VS2005 environment.
Is this problem present in the VS2010 shell? I would prefer using the 2008 version instead if possible because even the shell version of VS2010 is about 1GB in size.

Please let me know if you need a dump/logs etc, and keep up the great work!

Hi,

syntax highlighting works for me in both shells, VS2008 and VS2010. I'd check the settings in the "Text Editor->File Extension" list that might override the language for a source file.
