The picture shows the document outline, not the class view. Even though it might be a little easier, it still needs a complete parser. Visual D does not have one (yet).

in QT Creator 2.2

outline view show class/struct of current file.

class view in visual-d is empty, so it dont need a picture to show. .

Having given it a second thought, the class/object browser don't need a parser, they can be filled from the JSON information generated by dmd and already used by Visual D.

I'm already working on it, so stay tuned...

BTW: have you seen the "Search file/symbol" in the Visual D menu? They already allow searching the solution, but in a non-hierarchical style.

I tried it.
sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't

I dont know why. sometimes it's empty list.

however I have been checking classview (0.3.24rc2) and it seems great!

well done!

I think the the buttons "whole word" and "case sensitive" can sometimes be showing wrong states. If in doubt hit them twice to set the filter state again.

Thanks. There a some issues left for improvement, but I hope it is useful as it is now.
