I get the error message "Error: unrecognized file extension rsp" when I try to use build on linux.
I'm not sure why this is, all i did was compile the latest version and try to use it. The previous ver's worked.
Does build now require rsp file? |

It seems I've been misinformed. I was told that all DigitalMars tools can use a response file, so I changed it so that if running DMD then a response file would be used (by default). You can alter this default by using -Rn on the build command line.
Can you do me a favour and verify whether or not DigitalMars tools can use a response file under linux?

DMD certainly not (I was also bit by this problem). |

DMD certainly not (I was also bit by this problem). |

Ok, I'll revert to only using the response file on Windows DMD by default. Any other environment will have to ask for it via the command line -R switch.
