Can I press for the admin page functionality to be implemented?

At the very least, I'd like to be able to change the project Status and be able to add and edit News items.

Surprisingly, not too many people have bugged me about this. I've been meaning to do it, but then thought I'd redo the entire site to integrate Trac. Now that I'll be keeping some of the php code (phpBB and tutorials) for at least the short- to medium-term, I guess I'll have to do this.

Edit: let me know what you need and I'll get it changed this time...

Changing the Status

Click on admin
Click on General
Then the screen shows a dropdown list of what are the available status codes. I select one then press a Submit button.

Updating News items
Click on admin
Click on News
A list of news items appears (First line only?), with an edit URL next to each one. If I select edit, the respective news item is presented in an editbox. I can edit it and the press Submit to save it.

There is also a new URL at the top of the news item list. If I select this, an empty editbox opens and I can edit this and pess Submit to save it. The newly added item is then moved to the top of the News List in the home page.

Is that enough to go on?

I know how to do the screens. I was asking what you want to set your status to, and what the news item should say.

Sorry, I misunderstood you.

I don't have anything to change just at the moment, but I was anticipating the future. I think Build will go to 'Stable' very soon and I'd like to update the News to highlight that, when it happens.
