Dynamic DUI has been placed in the DUI svn repository. It's not complete, but should work well enough for testing purposes. Meanwhile, having it on svn will help me make consistant incremental changes.

You can find it src/dyndui directory. Read DynDUI.txt for preliminary instructions. I've been using the build tool to build sample projects.

This release should build on both linux and win32.
