Where should the configuration file be placed? What name should it have?

BTW: while http://svn.dsource.org/projects/build/trunk/Docs/index.htm (and others) shows as html, CONFIGURATION_FILE.htm doesn't.

The Build configuration file? You can place that in either the same folder than Build is installed in or where the compiler is installed in.

Oops. I forgot to set the MIME type for that file.
