I've tried to convert some internal.gtk files.
What should happen to D keywords used in Java?
In os.d there a several function parameter called "instance".
Should I prefix it? '_' 'h' ?

I don't know what the standard procedure for renaming is; but after looking in the gtk OS.d, I don't think it matters too much what you change the name to since it's just a declaration for an external function. Prepending the symbol with an underscore or some other valid character can't hurt anything.

'instance' is no longer a keyword in the D language.
