I am using snapshot dfl-20050814.zip (latest) and I noticed it causes windows to hang if user hits any unbound (undefined by addShortcut()) alphanumeric key, single or combined with either ALT, CTRL or SHIFT.
Is there any way to prevent such behaviour? |

I recently added that exception because it used to slip into an infinite loop. At least you can recover from the exception. It seems to only happen when embedding controls within controls and an Alt+key mnemonic is pressed that isn't used by any controls or menus. What happens is Windows loops through all the child controls looking for one that uses that mnemonic and gets lost so it keeps on going. I'm not sure of a simple way of fixing it. I was planning on handling the mnemonics myself but that is going to take awhile; I already started trying. Sorry for this inconvenience, Windows can be such a pain. |
