Description

"Tango is dual-licensed:

It should be the AFL 3.0, and should probably include the entire thing verbatim into the LICENSE file so that it is self-contained without net ?

Also, the copyright embedded into the BSD license template needs to be spelled out to say something more than "Copyright (c) <YEAR>, <OWNER>"
