Create examples and tutorials

Description

We currently have about 20 examples in the repository, but for release we should have at least 40. In addition we should aim for 10 tutorials.

If the tickets turns out to be gargantuan, several lesser tickets can be made, were the particulars of the examples/tutorials are specified.

As a part of my first Tango experience i've written this little piece of code. I thought it could be nice example of few things. If you'd like I can improve it / extend it / document it more etc. so it could be included into Tango's examples. I you found it worth it - feel free to relicense it etc.

I'd gladly help you write more examples if you want, but I'd need quick description what should they teach. Please note that I don't know Tango too much, so my examples should be revised by someone with more knowledge.
