Fixes for Phobos

Some bugs and limitations in Phobos are not present in Tango. We try to list them here.

Bugs

• Bugzilla 322 - Thread spawning leads to crashes
• Bugzilla 649 - Concatenation hangs in threaded program - deadlock issue

Limitations

• Phobos has a hard thread count limit on 500, whereas Tango is only limited by the OS.
