Hmmm. It seems walter changed the -gt profiling option to -profile.

It will be fixed in next release, along with (hopefully) Derek's build utility support.

I have uploaded the latest DManager sources and executables.

It should generate the trace profiling and debug symbols correctly.

I inadvertently put the debugging switches in the compile command rather than the link command.
