What you can do in the meantime is unzip the descent.ui.jar and remove the entry org.eclipse.jdt.ui from the META-INF/MANIFEST.MF file. Then pack everything again and replace the jar. It should work. ... |

Hmm... that doesn't make sense either. I probably don't have the older descent.ui simply because I deleted it during the uninstall. I shouldn't need it for version 2009-01-02, correct?

My plugin directory has the same contents as doob's except that descent.ui_0.5.3.20081231.jar is missing.
descent.ui_0.5.3.20090102.jar is present.
