The preview of dstl is available trough the project downloads (if not, it should be updated very soon). It's only a preview, it needs some reordering and splitting. Major things that are done are basic string and array functionality, strings really 'are' character arrays in dstl, except that they have some operators overloaded to do special things, such as formatting. There's also a working tracker object, which looks quite interesting. The dstl also works with dmd 0100.
You may put requests here, if I can make sense out of them, I'll try to add them. If you want to help, private message me.

I suspect Brad needs to work some magic for it to show up in the Downloads sections, but it looks like it's already in SVN:
