There doesn't seem to be anything in the recls SVN repository, so I guess one would need to download it from: http://synesis.com.au/software/recls/downloads.html

By the way, there is a dsource project page, but it doesn't really have any content (yet): http://dsource.org/projects/recls

(I don't like seeing empty forums on dsource, so I decided to provide a little info about recls. I'm not a member of the recls project, but I have used recls to list directory contents in the past. More recently, I've used std.file.listdir for a similar purpose, but I still think recls can be helpful.)
